Be it known that the Owosso Charter Township Board of Trustees met in Regular Session on Monday March 08, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. in the Township Board Room, at 2998 W. M 21, Owosso, Michigan 48867.

Roll Call: Danny Miller, June Cudney, Judy Gute, Jayne Campbell, Gary Schultz, Diane Krajcovic. Joy Archer (absent).

Motions Denied: 1) Provident Insurance Agent of Record – Miller, Schultz, Krajcovic-No. Gute, Cudney, Campbell-Yes. Tie vote, motion fails.

Motions to Approve:
1) 2nd Motion – Provident Insurance Agent of Record – Miller-No. Gute, Campbell, Cudney, Schultz, Krajcovic-Yes.
2) Purchase Cell Phones – Gute – No. Miller, Krajcovic, Schultz, Cudney, Campbell – Yes.
